If your business is properly registered with the registrar General's department, you have a good chance at securing your visa on this travel package. Even if you simply want to visit the Trade expo to have some good time abroad, you are at liberty to join us on this trip.
What you need to begin
1. Ensure your business is already registered with the register general's department, whether it is a start-up, sole proprietorship, partnership or company
2. If it's a sole proprietorship, quickly get a tax clearance certificate or its equivalent at GRA if you don't have one
3. Ensure you have the usual traveling documents such as:
-Passport
-Birth Certificate
-white background passport photo
-90 euros visa fee (you won't pay it to us but to the embassy on the day of your interview)
-Personal bank statement that has at least GHc 50,000
-Marriage Certificate (if you are married)
-Birth Certificate of your children (If you have children)
We will take care of all other traveling documents for you
How much is the Cost?
The cost of this package is the cedi equivalent of
1,600 euros. Payment must be made the very day you walk out of the embassy with your visa stamped in your passport. This amount does not include air ticket.
Terms of Service Agreement
You may come to our office to sign our terms of agreement, or you may choose to do so online by simply printing out the document we send to you, signing it and forwarding the signed document back to us either by Whatsapp or via graywaver@gmail.com.
We go through a lot to get your traveling documents and they come at a cost. Since this package is visa before payment, if you don't get the visa, you lose nothing but we lose money, time and effort. This is why we take seriously our payment after service. If your visa is denied, you have nothing to lose, but when your visa is granted, you owe it a responsibility to pay us immediately you walk out of the German embassy building.
