Germany 2026 Education Conference

The Conference

The international education conference 2026 will host the international community of educators, representatives of non-profit and government organizations, and other stakeholders to discuss such topics as adult education, pedagogy, ICT, inclusive education, and more.

We invite the international community to take an active role in shaping the future of education. Share your research findings, exchange ideas with fellow academic members, expand your network, and get inspired. This conference will provide researchers and practitioners with a platform to discuss and disseminate new ideas across all sectors — academia, industry and government. It will make you a good part of the many who have come together from different backgrounds to learn from one another, resolve problems and share knowledge and expertise.

As an IT firm which offers training to educators and institutions, we liaised with the organizers of the 2026 German conference to share the privilege of this important conference to teachers and educators in Ghana and West Africa. We have been mandated to help interested palpable participants in their traveling process to Germany.

THE COST

The traveling package for those traveling from Ghana or countries in West Africa is €1,700.00 (one thousand seven hundred euros only). Anyone who knows how much travel and tour agencies charge to get visa for their clients would appreciate how this amount is extremely low and almost unrealistic. This reduction in price was arrived at considering the income level of teachers in west Africa, especially those in the public schools.

 

This amount does not include:

1) 90 euros visa fees to be paid at the German embassy on the day of the interview.

2) Flight ticket

 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Interested participants are required to pay a non-refundable amount of €500 (cedi equivalent for those in Ghana) to show their commitment. The rest of the €1,200 (cedi equivalent for those in Ghana) must be paid after the Visa is issued.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHY IS THE €500 DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE?

There are documents you need to submit at the interview and those documents come at a cost. These are pre-interview documents that you must have irrespective of one obtaining a Visa or otherwise. These documents are crucial:

 

1. Flight reservation = it costs between $20 and $50 depending on the airline.

2. Travel Health Insurance for the duration of your travel (for example 6 days in the Schengen area) costs between GHc 250 to GHc 500

3. Getting an authentic invitation letter costs between €200 and €1500 depending on the authenticity and robust nature of the organization inviting you. Try asking anyone you know in Germany to send you an invitation and see the tall excuses they would give you. Gray Wave goes through so much to get you an invitation letter and it comes at a cost. It must also be an invitation letter that the embassy can verify and authenticate.

4. The conference registration itself is €140.00

5. We have to show Proof of accommodation, and some hotels charge part payment for the booking.

 

 

 

6. Booking an interview at the embassy is free. However, due to traffic because of large volumes of requests as well as the activities of "guru boys" who hijack the appointment days, it is almost impossible to get an appointment. Any time you visit the appointment page of the German embassy, all the slots are filled and booked. Consequently, we are left with no other option than to fall on third party  and persons and organizations, even "guru boys" to sell appointment slots to us and that costs between GHc 2,000 and GHc 3,000.

 

Basically, this is what your €500 deposit goes into. Our service fees have not even been captured in the breakdown above. Invariably, we gain nothing and sometimes we even make a slight loss if you don't get the visa. It is when you get the Visa, that we can also make some marginal profit from the rest of the balance of €1,200. This is why it is in our interest to ensure that you get the Visa. If you don't get the visa, we gain nothing. If you get the visa, you win and we also win. 

 

 

 

IS IT A 100% VISA GUARANTEE?

We can guarantee you 100% that our documentation and support are authentic admissible at the embassy for your visa to be granted. However, we don't control the embassy. So if you follow our advice on your bank statement handling and our visa interview coaching, you are most likely to get your visa. 

 

WHAT NEXT?

The conference is in March 2026 but depending on how ready you are, you can get your visa even this December or later in January. In order for us to request an invitation letter for you, we first have to pay the registration fee of €140 and your invitation letter will be ready in less than a week. This is why you should hit the ground running if you intend to travel with us. The early bird deadline for the registration for the conference is 7th December 2025. 

 

 

WHERE OUR OFFICE IS

Gray Wave's Office is located at 504 Bay Leaves Street, Teshie Nungua Estate, Dar-es-Salaam. For the purpose of this conference, the coordinating office is the home office of the coordinator, located near the Junction Mall, Nungua.  Weekday sessions are held at the Junction Mall, Nungua where all your answers are answered.
