Germany 2026 Christian Conference

The Conference

The international Christian conference 2026 will host the international community of various men and women of God as well as lay persons willing to serve and volunteer in one of the biggest Church gatherings in the world.

We invite all Church denominations, Protestants, Orthodox, Catholics and Non-Catholics, Charismatics, Pentecostals and all sections of the Christian community. Come and share your ministry experience, expand your network, and get inspired. It is a world stage opportunity to invest in your professional growth, allowing opportunities for networking, professional learning and innovation. 

This conference will provide those in ministry with a platform to discuss and disseminate new ideas across all sectors — Christianity, Music, evangelism and government. It will make you a good part of the many who have come together from different backgrounds to learn from one another, resolve problems and share knowledge and expertise.

THE COST

The traveling package for those traveling from Ghana or countries in West Africa is €3,000.00 (three thousand euros only). Anyone who knows how much travel and tour agencies charge to get visa for their clients would appreciate how this amount is extremely low and almost unrealistic. This reduction in price was arrived at considering the income level of the average clergyman in Ghana.

3. Invitation Letter
4. 5 days Accommodation & Transportation
5. Breakfast and Lunch for 5 days
6. Visa processing fee

 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Interested participants are required to pay a non-refundable amount of €500 (cedi equivalent for those in Ghana) to show their commitment. The rest of the €1,200 (cedi equivalent for those in Ghana) must be paid after the Visa is issued.

5. Letter of Introduction from your boss or Senior Pastor

6. Marriage Certificate (if you are married)

7. Birth Certificate of your children (If you have children)

 

WHY IS THE €500 DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE?

There are documents you need to submit at the interview and those documents come at a cost. These are pre-interview documents that you must have irrespective of one obtaining a Visa or otherwise. These documents are crucial:

 

1. Flight reservation 

2. Travel Health Insurance 

3. Invitation letter

4. Proof of accommodation

5. Service fee

 

Do your research at any credible Travel and Tour agency and you will find out that €500.00 is the normal service fee charged. Even the €500.00 charged by Travel & Tour companies do not include an Invitation letter; you would have to produce your own invitation letter.

 

 

 

IS IT A 100% VISA GUARANTEE?

We can guarantee you 100% that our documentation and support are authentic and admissible at the embassy for your visa to be granted. However, we don't control the embassy. So if you follow our advice on your bank statement handling and our visa interview coaching, you are most likely to get your visa. 

 

WHAT NEXT?

The conference is in May 2026 but depending on how ready you are, you can get your visa months ahead of May. Over the years, our experiences have shaped our policy. We therefore will not proceed with any more information or begin with any process to get your visa until you have shown seriousness by making the initial 500 euros (Ghana Cedi equivalent).  This is why you should hit the ground running if you intend to travel with us.

 

THE DEADLINE

 

The deadline for the registration for the conference is

31st January 2026. Registering is equivalent to making your initial deposit ahead of your interview at the German embassy.
